Part 1, Russian artillery and tanks attack German positions near Voronezh and Russian planes strafe a German truck convoy. Shows German war materiel, a troop train, and German POW's and dead. Part 2 shows German submarines crash diving and the Coast Guard Cutter Campbell dropping depth charges. Part 3 maps the allied drive on Tunisia and shows the British and U.S. inf., artillery, and planes attacking German tanks and fortifications, shooting down a German plane, and entering Gafsa. Nurses load wounded soldiers on airplanes; German and Italian POW's huddle. Includes views of British Gens. Montgomery and Alexander and French Gen. Giraud reviewing Ghurka troops; and of Gens. Eisenhower and Patton watching soldiers dig fox holes.
